Our story
Two decades of cooking, now feeding Pueblo.
Pueblo Catering is a father-and-daughter catering company in Pueblo, Colorado.

Nick spent more than 20 years cooking in other people's kitchens, learning Italian red sauce and fresh pasta, the green chile and street-taco traditions of the Southwest, and the American comfort food that anchors every celebration.
Alyssa grew up around that food. Together they decided to start cooking for their hometown, and named it after the place that raised them: Pueblo Catering. Generous portions, real cooking, and the kind of service that makes a host's day easier.
We cater weddings, corporate events, and parties across Pueblo and Pueblo West, and we treat every event like it's for family, because more often than not, in a town like Pueblo, it is.
Pueblo Catering is built on three things people can taste. We cook fresh, never from a freezer or a truck. We portion for real appetites, because a catered meal should send people back for seconds, not hunting for a drive-through on the way home. And we cook the food this town actually eats: Italian red sauce, Southwestern green chile, and American comfort classics.
Whatever you are planning, the process is the same. We help you build a menu that fits your guest count and your budget, quote it clearly per guest with no surprises, and handle the setup and the cleanup so you can actually enjoy your own event instead of working it.
Being locally owned is not a slogan for us. When you hire Pueblo Catering, you are hiring neighbors who will see your guests around town next week. Our name is on every plate we send out, in the community we live in, and that is the kind of accountability a national chain cannot offer.
