A taste of what we cater

Every photo here comes from the kitchen at Pueblo Catering. We cook Italian, Mexican, and American food for events across Pueblo, Colorado and the surrounding towns, and we serve it the way most of our clients want it: generous buffets, plated dishes for seated dinners, and full event spreads built for the size of your guest list. Italian. Our Italian catering leans on the classics done right. Spaghetti with a slow marinara meat sauce, fresh pasta, garlic bread, and crisp salads. It travels well to a hall or a backyard and holds up on a buffet line, which makes it a steady choice for weddings and large parties.

Mexican. On the Mexican side, the green chile does the talking. Chicken enchiladas smothered in green chile, Spanish rice, refried beans, and the street-taco traditions of the Southwest. It is comfort food with a Pueblo accent, and it is one of the most requested spreads we cook for office lunches and family celebrations.

American. Our American menu is built for the gatherings that bring everyone to the table. Sliced roast turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, and the comfort dishes that anchor holidays, receptions, and company events. Simple, hearty, and portioned so nobody leaves hungry.
